For environments with low temperatures, the RolliZIP BT is the ideal solution. Its double-layer insulated curtain (3+3) with a thickness of 6 mm ensures perfect insulation between the exterior and interior. With an adjustable opening speed of 1.8 m/s and a new digitally controlled motor with an integrated heating system, this curtain can operate effectively in low-temperature environments.

The fire resistance rating is Class 2, and the wind load resistance complies with the UNI EN12424 standard, making it unique for doors of this type. Additionally, the RolliZIP BT features a new digital control panel with a multi-language monitor and a new 1 kW digit inverter motor with German technology.

The standard equipment includes all the elements for installation, ensuring user functionality and safety. The RolliZIP BT rapid doors are delivered with factory pre-wired electrical installation, motor/control box cables, and photocells.

AIR CURTAIN

As a complement to the RolliZIP BT, we offer the Freeser Air Curtain, an electrically heated air curtain designed to enhance safety and functionality in applications with negative temperatures ranging from -5°C to -20°C. This air curtain reduces or eliminates fog, humidity, and ice buildup in the surrounding area of the freezer due to the extreme temperature differences on either side of the opening.

The air curtain is made of stainless steel 304, featuring a motor of 4/3 HP at 1630 rpm, providing higher speed. It includes a touch panel, galvanized steel fans, and a perforated stainless steel air intake grill with a mill finish.

The recommended controls for the air curtain are a magnetic door switch for activation and dry contacts for interlocking with the door controller.
